I’ve always loved to dance since I was two (2) years old. A couple of years ago I had a car accident which left me with nerve damage on my entire left side…thus I gained extra weight on a 5 foot two frame. I started line dancin’ twice a week to get out, get moving & do something different and realized the weight was coming off.
Gina Brown was instrumental in getting me to teach line dancin’. She asked me if I would like to teach on several occasions & I finally said “Yes” and the rest is history! I started out with one class Oct 2011 & presently I have eight classes & counting with a full time Health/Fitness business (certified as personal trainer w/CPR certification). Line Dancin’ is an alternative way to spice up your workout & still have fun. My Theme: “Come Get Your Cardio On, Lose Inches & Learn the Latest Line Dances”. Line Dancin’ for the health of it…Line Dancin’ is what I “DO”….SoSu (Step Out & Step Up) w/Lady D.
