Healthy Living Cooking Class with Tulane University!


The classes were for a six week period with the Tulane University School of Medicine, Center for Culinary Medicine Program. All classes were lead by Executive Chef  and Program Director, Leah Sarris and supported by Tulane Medical Students. Sistahs learned everything from how to limit sodium and fat without losing taste,  to how to make a healthy, tasty, nutritious breakfast and dinner, to how to make healthy nutritious leftovers and snacks. As you can see from the pictures we had a great time and ate some good food. Come out and join us for more fun dance and wellness events. Monday’s and Thursdays 6-8 P.M
